Breaking news, Major injury blow: Arthur Smith announces Falcons star set to miss some time out due to a terrible injury

Falcons injury report: Arthur Smith announces game designations for Mack Hollins, Mike Hughes for Week 13 game against New York Jets

Wide receiver Mack Hollins and cornerback Mike Hughes are questionable for Jets faceoff.

Flory Branch, Georgia: Following Friday’s practice, Arthur Smith declared that

receiver Mack Hollins and cornerback Mike Hughes are questionable for the

Falcons’ Week 13 matchup against the New York Jets.

After suffering an ankle injury during a Week 9 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, Hollins was sidelined for the next two

games. For the first time since he sustained the injury, he took part in

every practice this week, albeit with limitations in each session.

After hurting his hand in the first quarter of the Week 12 victory over the

New Orleans Saints, Hughes (hand) took part in practice in full this week.

Nate Landman, an inside linebacker, should play on Sunday, according to Smith. Following his absence from practice on Wednesday, Landman was listed as a limited participant for the next two practices before the Falcons’ game against the Jets.

Jake Matthews, an offensive lineman, participated fully in Friday’s practice. Matthews’s play in the first two games had been restricted.
