The United States Men’s National Team is set to poach Valencia winger Declan

Frith away from England, according to multiple reports.

US scouts are reported to have been keeping an eye on Frith since he joined Chelsea in 2021.

Then, after just five months in London, the now-21-year-old moved to Aston Villa.

He can play for the USA because of his grandmother’s ancestry, and he is supposedly applying for an American passport to change countries.

In his first two youth games since joining Valencia this summer, Frith scored two goals and provided an assist. Additionally, he has played in four games for Valencia B in the third division.

Valencia have become increasingly reliant on youth players in recent years and are reportedly likely to fast-track Frith to the first team in the coming months.

Over his career, he has also played left back occasionally.

Before Frith gets the chance to emulate former Valencia midfielder Yunus Musah, who has 33 caps for the US after switching allegiances, it is expected that he will start his career in the United States by playing for the U23 team.

Folarin Balogun, a striker for Monaco, recently changed his passport from English to American. He made his debut for the United States in the June Nations League competition.

Jamica is also said to have had approached Frith but has no hopes of landing him.
