Club head coach seriously want Brighton inform loan star transfer as he plans Brighton talks over permanent deal

Philippe Clement wants Abdallah Sima Rangers transfer as he plans Brighton talks over permanent deal

The attacker arrived at the club on a season-long loan as part of Michael Beale’s summer overhaul and has been one of the impressive performers alongside No1 Jack Butland.

Rangers under Abdallah Sima want to remain in Brighton permanently, according to Philippe Clement.

As part of Michael Beale’s summer makeover, the attacker joined the team on a season-long loan, and he has been

one of the standout players alongside No. 1 Jack Butland. The current manager, a

Belgian, is a fan of the 22-year-old and is trying to persuade him to stay in

Glasgow after the former Ibrox No. 2 and QPR coach was fired.

He scored two goals in the victory over St. Mirren over the weekend, bringing

his season total for the campaign in all competitions to 11 goals thus far. He is

scheduled to report back down south at the end of the season because of his

contract with the Seagulls, which runs until 2025. However, Clement is hoping

to work out a long-term agreement, stating that a future at Ibrox is the best

environment for him to develop as a player, a person, and in all other areas.

“If he is continuing what he is doing now, I think this is also a good place for him to grow, as a player, as a person, in everything,” the Rangers manager clarified. It is not relevant to evaluate that in the summer. Talks will happen more quickly than that. Of course, it’s too early to be doing that at this point.

The fact that Abdallah is performing and enjoying himself so much in the club is what matters most. That is the initial step, and from there, we can expand.

This is a demanding club, so either you enjoy it or you find it difficult. To be strong with that when people are unhappy about things, you need a big personality. Then you have to persevere.

And these past few weeks, Allah has demonstrated that. He hasn’t received recognition the entire time. However, he perseveres, and that is another aspect of the player evaluation that requires close examination.

“It’s not just about the physical, tactical, and technical attributes; it’s also about the personality, the capacity to thrive in the winning club environment.

“I also want to establish a winning culture here. People who are resilient even in the face of adversity. I also want the fans to support the players by encouraging them through tough times and believing that if they put in the effort, the players will succeed. Thus, that is what we must produce.
