Unai Emery has ruthless side after Villa boss accused of falling out with two stars

Even though Unai Emery is one of the most polite and friendly managers in the Premier League, he has a brutal side and

is said to have had disagreements with at least two Aston Villa players.

The Spanish strategist has been excellent since taking Steven Gerrard’s place at

Villa Park the previous season. The Villains are not only in Europe after a

late charge up the standings in the previous season, but they are also

considered outsiders for the championship this year after finishing

third with 35 points, two points behind leaders Liverpool, after 16 games.

And while fans will be thankful for what Emery has brought to the club, the same cannot be said for every player.

Football Insider has reported that the 52-year-old has fallen out of favor with a few members of his first team. Both player Youri Tielemans and goalkeeper Emi Martinez are said to have had arguments with their management.

Martinez’s problems go back to his time at Arsenal, the team Emery was coaching at the time, and Tielemans desired more playing time after joining Leicester City on a free transfer in the summer.

Furthermore, despite the fact that the manager and the players have subsequently moved past their disagreements, it is evident how demanding the Villa manager is that both were considered for sale.

Villa’s next match is a challenging road match against Brentford. The two teams will play on Sunday at 2:00 PM at the Community Stadium p.m. (time in the UK).
