Break:Nuno Espirito Santo has already overturned a significant Nottingham Forest…..

It appears that Nuno Espirito Santo has already overturned one of Steve Cooper’s Nottingham Forest decisions.

After taking over as manager for Cooper for a two-and-a-half-year contract, the Portuguese manager attended his first

training session at the team today. A video of Joe Worrall and Scott McKenna

training with the first team squad was posted by the club on X.

regarding tactical training sessions for matches. However, Nuno can be seen

watching as the two defenders engage in a passing drill on Forest’s video.

Worrall, the captain of the team, has not played since October 21’s 2-2 draw with Luton Town. Since September 18’s 1-1

draw between Burnley and Forest at City Ground, McKenna has not appeared for Forest.

On Wednesday afternoon, there will be a press conference to unveil Nuno. Nuno Espírito Santo has been appointed as the

first team head coach of Nottingham Forest, the company announced in a statement this morning.

Nuno, who signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with the team, will be the manager of Forest’s inaugural game at

The City Ground on Saturday against Bournemouth.

“Having managed over 460 games in his career, including in the Premier League, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and

UEFA Europa League, the 49-year-old brings a wealth of experience to the team.

Before taking over Valencia in 2014, Nuno started his managerial career at Rio Ave, where he led the Portuguese

team to two cup finals and their first-ever Europa League qualification

After leading the Spanish team to fourth place in La Liga in 2014–15, he managed Porto for a year, winning 27 of his 49
