Hilarious Pete Carroll Postgame Speech Goes Viral After Win Over Philadelphia Eagles

Pete Carroll, the head coach of the Seattle Seahawks, is regarded as one of the greatest characters in the NFL.

The 72-year-old never appears to miss an opportunity to have fun and is always bursting with enthusiasm.

Consider his postgame remarks following Monday night’s 20-17 comeback victory over the Philadelphia Eagles by the Seattle Seahawks.

On Tuesday, the Seahawks shared a video of Carroll’s statement on social media, and the video quickly gained popularity.

Carroll addressed his squad for a short while before yelling, “Can you win in the first quarter?!” at them.

To which they resoundingly replied “no!”

“Can you win in the second quarter?!”

“No!”

“Can you win in the third quarter?!”

They offered up a “h— no!” this time.

Carroll finally posed the question, “Can you win the mother f—– in the fourth quarter?” to his players.

All of the players responded with a loud “yes!”

Carroll encouraged his team by saying that they improved during the match. Regardless of what the win meant for Seattle’s hopes of making the playoffs, he also advised them to take some time to appreciate the moment.

Carroll remarked, “This Monday night will always stick in your memory.” “You created an incredible memory. We stayed up late hanging. Guys, we stuck with it and we made it happen. We improved as the game progressed—we became sharper, cleaner, and better.

With the victory, the Seahawks improved to 7-7 on the season. They are currently

ranked seventh in the NFC. However, Seattle is tied with four other teams and

has the potential to move up to the NFL’s second wild card spot.

Carroll has been employed by the company for fourteen years. However, it’s evident that he’s not slowing down.

It’s also difficult to imagine why any NFL player wouldn’t want to be on the team of this probable future Hall of Famer.
