Rabbitohs land prospect to be Burgess’s successor

He once scored four tries in one game.

Burgess is expected to retire from the NRL at the end of the current campaign and join brother Sam Burgess in the Super League, thus the Rabbitohs have pulled off a huge victory for the future.

Wide World of Sports stated that the Rabbitohs have signed talented Queenslandian prop Jason Hallie, a front-row player who is considered to be among the greatest of his generation.

At 110 kg, Hallie is originally from New Zealand, although she spent her childhood in Queensland. For the past two seasons, she has competed against adult men in the Cairns A-Grade competition.

Following his four tries in one game at the Mal Meninga Cup last season, he

attracted the attention of numerous Sydney NRL clubs.

Though he’s still only 19 years old, it might take him some time to make it to

the NRL, thus he’ll be hoping to advance in the red and green
