YANN M’VILA WILLING TO MAKE FINANCIAL SACRIFICES TO RETURN TO ‘EXTRAORDINARY’ SUNDERLAND

Yann M’Vila, a 33-year-old free agent, keeps putting himself out there. The French midfielder has now stated that he would be open to returning to Sunderland after previously telling Prime Video Sport that he would be open to a move to either Olympique de Marseille or Olympique Lyonnais.

 

M’Vila has been very clear about his ambitions ever since left Olympiacos in

the summer on a free transfer. He wants to discover the ideal project for himself;

he is not interested in the money element of his future move. M’Vila has

increased his media appearances lately in an effort to reenter the market.

M’Vila is unwilling to dissolve the divisions, although there is one

M’Vila stated that he would be open to moving to either Lyon or Marseille during an appearance on Prime Video Sport. He also stated that he felt that his abilities were “compatible” with both clubs.

 

With one exception, M’Vila would not be amenable to moving down to Ligue 2 or any other lesser tier. “Apart from Sunderland, I don’t need the money; I simply want to play and assist them return to the Premier League, but not in Ligue 2 or any other lesser division. There, I had an amazing year,” he said to Le Progrès.
