Done deal:Auburn football lands another four incredible-stars, believing the future will be bright

Auburn football lands four-star WR Denairius Gray

The Tigers have landed their second commitment of the 2026 class.
Hugh Freeze and Auburn appear to be making plans for the future.
According to his social media, four-star wide receiver Denairius Gray has committed to Auburn. While no other major recruiting site has ranked Gray, On3 rates him as a four-star prospect. He’s devoted to the class of 2026.
Miami, Florida, and Georgia were also after the Chaminade-Madonna Prep receiver. Admitted in the class of 2026, Gray follows offensive lineman Kail Ellis as an Auburn recruit.
Gray was asked to characterize his playing style during an interview with All Hurricanes back in November. “I would describe myself as a very physical, unselfish player,” Gray stated. “I’m 6’2 but move like I’m 5’9, so I have very quick feet and long arms that make it difficult to dispute my catches. I have no trouble blocking and will win 50/50 balls. I’m also a very quick release player. I can play the outside and slot well, and when necessary, I can go deep, which makes me very adaptable.”
His two favorite wide receivers to watch and pick up tips from are Marvin Harrison Jr. and Stefon Diggs.
Hugh Freeze and Marcus Harris are putting forth a lot of effort to improve Auburn’s recruiting prospects.
