LeBron James Appears To Disrespect Darvin Ham During His Post-Game Remark

LeBron James made an odd remark following  Los Angeles Lakers’ 106-103 victory over the Clippers on Sunday that could be interpreted in a number of different ways

James’ choice to call the Clippers the “T Lue Clippers” is undoubtedly a

compliment to Tyronn Lue, the head coach of the Clippers. However, it can

also be interpreted, as many fans are doing, as a subtle jab at Darvin Ham, the head coach of the Lakers.

Under Lue’s coaching, Cleveland won a championship in 2016 following an incredible 3-1 comeback.

Lue was the head assistant coach on Doc Rivers’ staff before eventually taking over his position after their 2020 Bubble

collapse. There was also talk that Lue might accept the Lakers job before Frank Vogel did.

James is correct in his assessment of the situation’s veracity because, even with

James healthy, the Clippers’ statistical standing is no better than it was during the previous two Ty Lue seasons.

Even though Paul George and Kawhi Leonard are both playing, the team’s

win-loss percentage is the same as it has been since 2021, despite their apparent improvement.

Although Harden has been excellent, Lue has had a greater current impact on LAC

than Harden. Lue is still a fantastic coach and a major factor in the Clippers’ regular playoff success.
