Transfer update:Star strike wants to leave Southampton as THREE Premier League clubs eye cut-price deal

Che Adams set for Southampton transfer exit as THREE Premier League clubs eye cut-price deal

The 27-year-old has been at St Mary’s since 2019 and is apparently keen on a switch

Scotland striker Che Adams is attracting interest from numerous English Premier League clubs, so it looks like he could make his dream transfer this winter.

Three top-flight English clubs are reportedly interested in Southampton’s striker, according to Sky Sports. Adams has made just 10 starts this season, but he has already scored six goals and contributed two assists. His most recent goal occurred during a 4-0 FA Cup victory against Walsall last weekend, and if someone makes a move in the next few days, it might be his last one.

With Adams’ contract expiring in the summer, Southampton would have one

final opportunity to recover part of the money. The story goes on to say that the

forward is eager to put himself to the test once more at the top.

In past transfer windows, Wolves and Everton were both mentioned as potential destinations; however, no deal was actually completed. Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly monitoring the 27-time Scotland cap, according to The Daily Mail.

If the appropriate deal came up, Southampton would allow Adams to leave St. Mary’s since they had Adam Armstrong, Sekou Mara, and Carlos Alcatraz who can fill in as a “false nine” in his absence.

Given the uncertainty surrounding his chances of captaining Scotland at Euro 2024, Adams’ next few months may

prove to be crucial. Since assuming control of Hampden, Scottish manager

Steve Clarke has shown loyalty in his selections, but Adams will be eager to

carefully consider his next move to ensure that he starts in Germany in June.
