The Braves have announced the signing of Jose Perdomo and twelve other international free agents 

On the first day of the international signing period, the Atlanta Braves

announced the signing of twelve free agents. The most well-known player on

the list is Venezuelan infielder Jose Perdomo, who allegedly received a $5 million signing bonus.

RHP Fernando Duarte – Venezuela

RHP Anferni Gonzalez – Dominican Republic

RHP Francique Kendy – Dominican Republic

LHP Rafael Lasorsa – Venezuela

RHP Noslen Marquez – Venezuela

RHP Jorge Nunez – Venezuela

RHP Yander Pinero – Venezuela

INF Juan Mateo – Dominican Republic

INF Jose Perdomo – Venezuela

OF Gabriel Cesa – Dominican Republic

OF Juan Espinal – Dominican Republic

OF Isaac Osorio – Dominican Republic

Juan Espinal, an outfielder, reportedly received a $440,000 bonus from Atlanta as well. Atlanta began the day with a

bonus pool of $5,925,000 with Perdomo taking the biggest chunk. Anferni Gonzalez, a right-hander, is said to have received a $60,000 bonus. Outfielders

Isaac Osorio and Gabriel Cesa signed on for $35,000 and $30,000 respectively per reports.

Signings that cost $10,000 or less are not included in the bonus pool.
