Following the wild card loss, a second Philadelphia Eagles star announces his retirement.

The Philadelphia Eagles’ second player revealed their intention to retire after

suffering a devastating blow on Monday night. In the Wild Card game, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers completely destroyed the

Eagles. Six of the Eagles’ final seven games were losses as the season came to an end.

After the Eagles’ loss to the Buccaneers, star offensive lineman Jason Kelce is said to have informed his teammates that he

intends to retire. In the upcoming days, there might be more turnover for the Eagles. including in the role of head

coach. A lot of conjecture has been raised about Nick Sirianni’s job security during the late-season collapse.

The team suffered during the final stretch of the regular season and postseason due to turnover from the

2022 NFC Championship team. The secondary and linebackers from 2022 were missed by the defense. After

offensive coordinator Shane Steichen left to become head coach of the Indianapolis Colts, the offense was never the same.

Thankfully for the Eagles, one player intends to play one more season before retiring. All-Pro defensive end Brandon

Graham plans to play through 2024 before retiring and accepting a position in the Eagles’ office, according to 94WIP.

In 2022, Graham had a stellar season with 11 sacks and 35 total tackles. In 2023, he only recorded three sacks. But

the 35-year-old celebrity still has plenty of energy left to finish his Swan Song season with double-digit sacks
