Done already:Everton is on the verge of signing an energetic star player, his manager wants him to leave current club
|Everton have now approached agents to sign ‘very strong’ player, his manager wants him gone
According to reports, Everton has contacted Luiz Henrique’s representatives regarding a potential trade; the Real Betis winger is up for grabs.
This season, the Brazilian attacker has made very few appearances for the Seville-based team. Manuel Pellegrini has only allowed Henrique to make four starts in La Liga.
Henrique’s future at Betis appears to be sealed in the near future, as the former
Manchester City boss is reportedly open to transfer the player.
Additionally, Everton has communicated with the agents of the 23-year-old
winger, according to ABC Sevilla; nonetheless, the Toffees have not yet
persuaded Betis to part with Henrique this month.
Lauded by South American football expert Tim Vickery as a ‘physically
strong’ attacker, it’s no real surprise why Sean Dyche is interested in signing a player like Henrique this January.
And with Everton now in talks with the youngster’s representatives, all it could take is some pushing from the
Merseyside club to get Betis to agree to sell Henrique.
Everton must try all they can to sign Luiz Henrique in the coming days
With all of the off-field drama over the last several weeks, Everton may find it
difficult to sign any new players in January.
However, it would be a huge victory for the Toffees in the second half of the
Premier League season if a deal could be struck with Betis for Henrique.
The Brazilian winger is exactly the kind of player Dyche can develop at Everton,
and after seen his career falter in Andalusia, Henrique may be eager to relocate to England.
