“We got done”: Commentator expresses worry as Premier League team decides on Aston-Villa linked star

Aston Villa: Ty Bracey shares concern as Arsenal make decision on Emile Smith Rowe transfer to Villa Park

We are excited to have Aston Villa podcaster Ty Bracey join us as our exclusive columnist. Every week, he will provide his thoughts on the club’s most talked-about topics.

Ty Bracey worries that Aston Villa’s attempt to get Arsenal star could end in failure once more. Emile Smith Rowe following a prior attempt at a trade that never happened.

The Daily Mail said on its website on Friday, January 19, that the Gunners had rejected attempts to sign the England international this month, despite interest from Villa, West Ham, and Newcastle United. It looks that possibility has already materialized.

The North London team has reportedly let those teams know that they would want the 23-year-old offensive midfielder to remain at the Emirates Stadium.

Though Bracey is unsure if Smith Rowe will ultimately finalize a trade away from Arsenal, he thinks the youngster is gifted and will succeed if he does.

“We got done last time by agent talk,” Bracey stated in an exclusive interview

with Villa News. We made a move for him, and he renewed his Arsenal contract.

“I don’t know if we need Emile Smith Rowe. I don’t know if he’s somebody

we’re looking at if Unai thinks we’re a bit light in that area.

“I support the recruiting and coaching teams, but I don’t want us to lose again.

“Nevertheless, I believe he’s a talent and he’ll be good wherever he goes if he’s not

satisfied with the minutes he’s getting and he wants to play more football. I honestly don’t know if it’s us.
