Ibrahim Osman of FC Nordsjaelland is being pursued by Brighton & Hove
Albion and Crystal Palace in the winter transfer window.
The 19-year-old was acquired by Nordsjælland from Right of Ghana a year ago, and he has made a name for himself
at the Danish team this year with four goals and five assists in 29 appearances.
Brighton and Crystal Palace are reportedly interested in the winger, according to Tipsbladet.
The Right to Dream Academy players, including Mohammed Kudus, a former
Nordsjælland star, are rumored to have impressed the Premier League pair,
leading them to enter the competition to sign Osman.
The Eagles and Roberto De Zerbi’s team are now behind West Ham United, who is
also eager to sign the player. According to the article, John Textor, a shareholder
at Crystal Palace, is well aware of the young players on the Danish team.
Although selling the Ghanaian player is reportedly a possibility if their demands
are satisfied, Nordsjaelland has intended to keep him past the winter market.
According to Tipsbladet, the Danish team is seeking a fee of’solid proportion’ from
Osman’s eventual sale in addition to 15 million kroner [€20 million], excluding bonuses.
They stand a good chance if Brighton or Crystal Palace are prepared to commit €20 million.
