Crystal Palace are weighing up a late move for Marseille striker Iliman Ndiaye.
Presently participating in the Africa Cup of Nations with Senegal is the 23-year-old.
Ndiaye left Sheffield United to join Marseille in the summer of last year. In 23 games, he has made one goal for the French team.
Jordan James, 19, a midfielder for Birmingham City, has been enquired about by Palace and Wolves.
Birmingham values James at £10 million, and Atalanta’s bid of about £3 million was turned down.
Adam Wharton, a midfielder for Blackburn, was rejected by Palace in a £18.5 million deal.
Blackburn are pushing to sign Liverpool defender Nat Phillips on loan.
Phillips recently returned to Liverpool following a loan spell at Celtic and has previously had stints with Stuttgart and Bournemouth.
