Auburn NFL Draft Hopeful Shares Who Will Step Up Next Season For The Tigers

Auburn will need some younger players to step up in 2024.
Hugh Freeze and the Auburn Tigers will require an early response from their seventh-ranked recruiting class.
Four seniors from Auburn Tigers are hoping to boost their NFL Draft prospects in Mobile, Alabama by competing in the Senior Bowl. The team lost a great deal of leadership on the defensive end of the ball.
Marcus Harris, a former defensive tackle for Auburn, talked about potential 2024 front-runners for the Tigers to help replicate the output he saw the previous season.
“Many men. Darron Reed, Malik Blocton, and Jayson Jones,” Harris remarked. “That kind of man, that’s all. Zykevious Walker had a successful year before to this one. This year, everyone of those guys will play a significant part.”
Harris’s younger brother is Malik Blocton, a true freshman defensive lineman. What Auburn supporters may anticipate from the true freshman early enrollee was the question posed to him.
“A little bit of me but a better version of myself,” stated Harris. “I’m going to impart to him some knowledge from the next level that will be useful in a college setting. He should be a better version of me, I hope.”
Harris participated in the first practice of Senior Bowl Week along with four other Tigers. Nehemiah Pritchett, DJ James, and Jaylin Simpson, his teammates, joined him.
Harris seemed to be having a successful practice day with the drills. In the team drills, the defense dominated, and he won a few one-on-one matches. In the 2024 NFL Draft, Harris is expected to be selected anywhere from the second round to day three.
