Odell Beckham Jr. was a part of the Baltimore Ravens roster that seemed to have everything needed to contend for the Super Bowl in 2023.

Sadly, the Ravens’ season ended early as they were defeated by the Kansas City Chiefs and their quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, in the AFC Championship game.

After missing the entire 2022 season, the seasoned wide receiver recorded 35

receptions for 565 yards and three touchdowns in the regular season this

past season. The 31-year-old claimed that proving he still had it was his greatest achievement.

Prior to 2023, the former wide receiver for the Giants and Browns, who joined the Rams late in 2021 and helped them

win a Super Bowl, signed a one-year, $15 million contract with the Baltimore Ravens.

Due to his ongoing recovery from a second ACL injury sustained during the

Rams’ victory over the Bengals in the Los Angeles Super Bowl two seasons earlier, he missed the 2022 season.

There were incentives in the deal worth up to $3 million. Of those incentives, $1 million went to Beckham. For catching at least 30 passes, he received $250,000. For

gaining at least 500 yards, he received an additional $500,000. In addition, he received an additional $250,000 for three touchdowns.

After returning from his knee injury sustained in Super Bowl LVI, Odell Beckham Jr. had a slow start to the season, missing games in Weeks 3 and 4.
