Ben Godfrey clear the air amid his move to Leeds

Ben Godfrey acknowledges that the past few months at Everton have been

difficult due to his inability to get regular playing time. Tuesday night, the defender made just his third Premier

League appearance of the year as the Toffees defeated Fulham 0-0 at Craven Cottage.

Godfrey began the match, displaying his versatility by starting at right-back, and

season, he’s been connected to a move away from Goodison Park because of his lack of playing time.

The defender is reportedly Leeds United’s top target. Reports indicate the team has already had one loan offer
