Auburn latest Ranking has made an incredible improvement that has fans crazy  

 

 

Auburn men’s basketball jumped from No. 16 to No. 12 in the AP rankings after winning two games in a row, including their first Quad 1 victory.

For the second time this season, Auburn defeated Vanderbilt 81-54 in its first

game of the week. Auburn dominated the game from start to finish, with Vanderbilt never leading. Auburn’s

defense held the Commodores to fewer than 60 points for the fourth time in conference play

Following a home loss to Tennessee, Kentucky dropped seven spots in the most recent poll, making the Tigers the second-highest-ranked SEC team, trailing

only No. 6 Tennessee. The other ranked SEC teams are South Carolina (No. 15), Alabama (16), and Kentucky (17).

According to the NCAA’s NET metric system, Auburn has two more chances to win in Quad 1.

Auburn will host Alabama in their second meeting of the season on Wednesday, February 7, at 6 p.m. on

ESPN2. Alabama jumped eight spots from No. 24 to No. 16 after defeating Mississippi State 99-67.

The Tigers will then travel to Gainsville, Florida, on February 10 at 2:30 p.m. on

the SEC Network to face the Florida Gators, who received no votes in the

most recent poll. Auburn has struggled to win in Gainesville, with their most recent victory at Florida coming in 1995-96
