Green Bay Packers have find a perfect replacement for David Bakhtiari in the most recent Mock Draft

Following a heartbreaking loss to the San Francisco 49ers, the Green Bay Packers

are looking to improve in the offseason. One way the team could accomplish this

is by replacing David Bakhtiari with a younger talent in the upcoming NFL Draft.

The Packers’ offense has been outstanding this season, without a doubt. After overcoming the uncertainty of

trading Aaron Rodgers to the New York Jets, the team has discovered a new foundational player in Jordan Love.

Thanks to Love’s breakout season, the Packers have remained relevant and

competitive, even facing the top-seeded 49ers in the playoffs. Despite Love’s mistakes in the crucial game that led to

their elimination, Green Bay’s future looks bright, especially if the franchise uses its draft picks wisely.

Bakhtiari is often regarded as one of the team’s weak links due to injury, and his

spot on the roster may be up for grabs the following season. If this happens, the

Packers may consider drafting Tyler Guyton to improve their offensive lineup.

David Bakhtiari’s recent injury history and salary-cap hit in 2024 may make this

an easy decision.” Zierlein wrote, “Guyton is big, long, and athletic with

exciting protection potential, but he needs more game experience.”

In essence, Guyton can fill Bakhtiari’s role because of his athleticism, size, and

feel for the game, all of which can potentially complement Love on the field. On the other hand, the upcoming

rookie’s footwork is disorganized, and his aiming points require some improvement.

Nonetheless, having a guy on the field is

preferable to one who is constantly injured. If Green Bay goes with Guyton,

there’s bound to be some promise for the team’s performance down the road.
