Leeds United loanee update emerges as third permanent agreement appears unlikely – Report

Jack Harrison, a winger for Leeds United, is unlikely to join Everton permanently

this season since the Toffees are currently forced to postpone their transfer plans.

Leeds have seen two players that were sent out on loan turn their moves

permanent, with Robin Koch penning a pre-contract agreement at Eintracht

Frankfurt and Luis Sinisterra joining Bournemouth permanently too.

There are others out on loan that can see a future at their current clubs too,

including Jack Harrison at Sean Dyche’s Everton.

Everton update on Harrison chase emerges

Football Insider have reported this week that while Everton would like to have the

winger signed to a permanent contract in the coming months, it’s a complicated deal to navigate.

This is a result of Everton’s ongoing Premier League woes due to their 10-

point deduction and P&S fine, which has left them one point below the bottom three.

Any upcoming additions have been placed on hold for the time being as the

Toffees fight to avoid being dropped after being charged a second time for

surpassing the permissible losses during a three-year period.

Jack Harrison stats this season

Harrison’s contribution this season has been comparable to what Leeds received from him last season, therefore Everton

and Dyche have good reason to want him to stay at Goodison Park beyond this campaign.

After being charged the first time, their form has substantially declined, and they

currently sit below 17th-place Luton Town.

Harrison needs to put himself in the shop window

Harrison won’t be welcomed back at Elland Road, in my opinion, given his

efforts to leave the team in August, and Farke has made excellent preparations for life without the winger.

Harrison must convince other teams that he is a risk-taker during the summer

transfer window if a move to Everton is not in the cards.

If someone is willing to pay almost £20 million, Leeds should give it some

thought in order to remove him off the books.
