Unbelievable:Celtics have done the impossible

Celtics have done the impossible by wining 76ers for 9th straight victory.

Jaylen Brown contributed 31 points, while Jayson Tatum added 29 points, 11 rebounds, and eight assists, guiding the

Boston Celtics to their ninth consecutive victory with a 117-99 win over the Philadelphia 76ers at home on Tuesday night.

Philadelphia found themselves trailing by only two points with 8:50 left to play, but Boston swiftly surged ahead, scoring the next 16 points to establish a

commanding 107-89 lead with 4:00 remaining. The Celtics dominated the rebounding battle, outpacing the 76ers with a 56-28 advantage on the boards.

Despite the loss, Tyrese Maxey led the scoring for the 76ers with 32 points, supported by Ricky Council IV, who

contributed 16 points. Tobias Harris and Cameron Payne each chipped in with 13 points for Philadelphia.

Kristaps Porzingis contributed 23 points and secured 12 rebounds for the Celtics, who capitalized on their free-throw

opportunities by converting 34 of their 37 attempts from the line. In contrast, the 76ers managed to sink 11 of their 12 free throws.

Philadelphia has struggled, losing nine out of their last 13 games since Joel Embiid sustained a knee injury last

month. Additionally, they have failed to surpass the 104-point mark in any of their last five games. Against the Celtics this season, the 76ers have a record of 1-3.

De’Anthony Melton of the 76ers exited the game after playing nine minutes due to back spasms and did not return to the court.

While the 76ers initially took an 11-4 lead with an 8-0 run, the Celtics

responded by scoring the next 12 points to go ahead 16-11. The first quarter concluded with the score tied at 30-30.

Although Boston trailed 46-40 midway through the second quarter, they closed out the period with a 13-5 run, heading into halftime with a narrow 53-51 lead.

Brown was the top scorer of the first half, accumulating 18 points. Impressively, he has achieved a minimum of 18 points by halftime in each of his last three games.

The Celtics expanded their lead to 13 points by notching the first 11 points in the third quarter. Following a dunk by Porzingis with 9:18 remaining in the third period, the Celtics held a 64-51 advantage. They amassed 33 points in the third quarter, concluding with an 86-75 lead heading into the fourth.
