The Kansas City Chiefs are clearly in their Super Bowl era, and General Manager Brett Veach shared his thoughts on the remarkable season during John Middlekauff’s “3 and Out” podcast.

Veach highlighted Travis Kelce’s newfound relationship with pop icon Taylor Swift, which has captured the

attention of the internet. He admitted that he’s yet to meet the singer, jokingly mentioning that it’s the first question he

gets from friends and family. “So what’s Taylor like?” they ask, to which he responds, “I’ve never met her.”

Amid discussions of strategic plays and victories, the romance between Kelce and Swift, both 34, became a subject of

intrigue, not only for fans but also for the Chiefs’ inner circle. Veach humorously described his indirect encounters with

Swift, explaining Kelce’s deviation from the usual post-game routine to visit her in her suite. “I mean she comes to the games and she’s up there,” he said. “And

typically families come down to see the players. Travis goes up to see her, so I’ve seen her in passing.”

Despite Swift’s regular presence at games, including the Super Bowl win in Las Vegas, Veach noted that she

maintains a low-key presence. “If you didn’t go online, you would have no idea that he’s in a relationship with Taylor

Swift,” he mentioned on the Fescoe in the Morning Show. He emphasized how the team’s professionalism and mutual

respect ensured their focus remained solely on the game. “He doesn’t talk about it, players don’t talk about it,” Veach explained. “You’d think you’d hear

the songs at practice and all the guys getting on him, this and that. But there’s such a high amount of respect for each other in this locker room.”

Beyond the stadium, Kelce and Swift have been nurturing their relationship, spending time at Swift’s Beverly Hills home and traveling together. Currently,

the couple is enjoying a vacation in the Bahamas, taking advantage of a rare break in their typically hectic schedules.

Regarding Veach, he remained hopeful about the prospect of meeting Swift in the future, acknowledging that she attended at least 13 Chiefs games during

the 2023 season. “It’s been quite a journey,” he remarked. “And hopefully, Travis might introduce her to us at some point.”
