Sad News:Following Burnley’s draw, De Zerbi confirms yet another serious injury blow for Brighton.

Brighton and Hove Albion faced another setback as they battled to a 1-1 draw against Burnley, compounded by injury concerns.

The Seagulls found themselves on the brink of a 1-0 defeat at Turf Moor, with Josh Brownhill seizing the opportunity to

put the Clarets in the lead after capitalizing on a lapse in defense from Carlos Baleba.

Following the match, manager De Zerbi confirmed the injury, stating, “Yes, ankle.” He highlighted the challenges faced by the team this season, with

injuries to key players such as Estupinan, Solly March, Kaoru Mitoma, Jack Hinshelwood, Evan Ferguson, Billy

Gilmour, James Milner, Tariq Lamptey, Julio Enciso, and Adam Webster disrupting their preferred lineup.

Estupinan’s injury adds to the growing list of absentees, further complicating Brighton’s lineup adjustments throughout the season.

Despite the injury setbacks, Brighton maintains their 10th position in the table.

Their next challenge awaits them against title contenders Manchester City at the Amex Stadium on April 25th.
