Deal agreed :Everton have reached an agreement to sign Shielfield United Sheffield United’s young talent, Daniel Jebbison

In a recent report, journalist Graeme Bailey highlighted that Everton is facing significant competition for Sheffield United’s young talent, Daniel Jebbison, this summer. The Toffees will need to contend with Leeds United, Brighton and 

Hove Albion, Ipswich Town, and Leicester City to secure the Canadian striker later this year.

Jebbison, who has risen through Sheffield United’s youth ranks, has made a notable impact on their first team. The 20-year-old has already accumulated 35

senior appearances for the Blades, scoring three goals and providing one assist across various competitions.

The Canadian prodigy has impressed with his performances at Bramall Lane and is regarded as one of the top young

players from his country. Thus, it makes sense for Everton to pursue a player with his potential this summer.

Jebbison’s current contract with Sheffield United is set to expire at the end of this month, which could present an opportunity for Everton to sign him on a free transfer.

Jebbison has the ability to create space for himself and take shots at goal. He can be an effective finisher in the final third when playing well. However, the English talent is still quite raw and needs to work on being more consistent with his scoring in front of the opposition’s goal.

Jebbison has very limited Premier League experience, so Everton would

need to be patient with his development to fully realize his potential at Goodison Park in the long term.

Jebbison would undoubtedly enhance the quality of the Merseyside club’s

squad and could help the Toffees compete on multiple fronts in the coming years. Therefore, he would be worth

pursuing, provided Everton is willing to give him regular playing time to prove his value in Premier League football next season.

At 20, the Canadian striker has a high ceiling, making him a worthwhile target for the Toffees this summer.
