So sad : It’s very Complicated,Daniel Farke Reveals the challenges Leeds are facing to sign player Leeds are desperate to sign ..

Southampton have already made moves in the transfer market this summer, having defeated Leeds United in the Championship play-off final, and they could now sign an Elland Road favourite.

The Saints inflicted additional play-off heartache on Leeds fans, who had already endured more than their fair share last month.

Adam Armstrong scored the only goal of the game within the first 30 minutes.

It means Leeds will have to stay in the Championship for another season while Russell Martin takes on the Premier

League for the first time as a manager, and the Saints boss has already signed two players.

Taylor Harwood-Bellis’ loan was converted into a permanent deal worth around £20 million following promotion.

Over the weekend, the Saints made an emotional decision to sign 36-year-old veteran Adam Lallana on a free agent contract.

They could now strike another dagger in Leeds’ hearts, with the Saints reportedly interested in signing an Elland Road favourite.

One who played the full 90 minutes against Southampton in the play-off final.

Leeds are expected to make a number of signings this summer, replacing those who appear to be leaving. Crysencio

Summerville, Willy Gnonto, and many others have a large following. Joe Rodon, the Tottenham Hotspur-owned defender, has an uncertain future.

The 26-year-old appeared in 50 games for Leeds on loan, and if the club had won promotion, he would have joined permanently.

But without promotion, his future is uncertain. Leeds remain desperate to sign the £11 million man, but without

Premier League football, it appears difficult to entice Rodon and even afford a permanent move.

Ipswich have already been linked with the Wales international, and now TeamTalk reports that Southampton are

considering a move for the former Swansea and Rennes centre-back ahead of the 2024-25 season.
